Mon programme de recherche porte sur l'activité physique et la santé mentale auprès de la population générale et des personnes ayant reçu un diagnostic de cancer.

  • Axe 1 - Identifier les modalités d'activité physique qui permettent de maximiser les bienfaits sur la santé mentale
  • Axe 2 - Étudier les mécanismes d'action impliqués dans la relation activité physique et santé mentale
  • Axe 3 - Développer, implanter et évaluer des interventions en activité physique pour promouvoir la santé mentale

  • Analyse de données longitudinales 
  • Méthodes d'analyse en inférence causale (analyse de médiation)
  • Évaluation des propriétés psychométriques d'instruments de mesure
